By submitting the Client Registration Form you agree to the following terms and conditions:  
  
1. Payment is strictly cash or proof of payment must accompany the completed and signed Client Registration form for service requested.  
2. We shall have the right to withhold a service to any client for late or non-payment.  
3. Should you cancel an appointment without 24 hours’ notice, we will charge the full price as if the service has been rendered.  
4. When taking the client to a DLTC for the confirmation of a test date or actual Learners/Drivers test and the DLTC is unable to provide the required service for any reason whatsoever for example load shedding or E-Natis system failures, additional charges are payable as we are not responsible for their actions and they operate separately from us.  
5. No refunds will be given.  
6. If it is not possible to scan and email the Client Registration Form to the office, the client will be asked to complete and sign the form when attending the first appointment. No further lessons will be provided without a signed form.  
7. You need to have a valid SA id card or a valid SA Passport. If you are a Foreigner, you will need a Valid Passport, Valid Visa, And a Valid SA TRN (Traffic registration Number)  
8. Please take note that you need to complete the Learners/Drivers Package within 3 months. Should we make a booking according to the given dates (more than 3 times) we will consider our service as being rendered. 
9. Should you have a Learning disability, please be so kind to bring it under our attention. We may need to spend little bit more time with you. 
10. No copies or forwarding of our Study material will be allowed to non-clients (each and every student registered for service with us, has got a file and client registration form signed) Our Study material has got Copyright and was compiled by us personally. Further action will/may be taken against any person found guilty in such action.
